Ingredients

Wheat flour, water, acha (fonio) 12%, rolled oats 8%, honey, yeast, salt, sunflower oil. Contains wheat (gluten) and oats. Made in a bakery that also handles milk, egg and sesame.

Keeping it fresh

Best within four days. Store in the bag, away from the sun. Freezes well.
